Boudin, cracklins, whole chickens
Pork, crawfish, and shrimp boudin. Fresh pork cracklins. Whole stuffed, deboned chickens -- choice of dressings.
NOTE: These products require special shipping containers which are styrofoam lined. Frozen gell packs are included with order to maintain freshness of the sausage. There is a box charge for the special container which will be added to the order. For 1-4 paks of sausage, the box charge is $7 for the styrofoam lined container and the gell paks. For 5-8 paks of sausage, the box charge is $9. For 9-14 paks, the box charge is $11. For larger orders of sausage, we will use a combination of the previous box sizes; that is, we will ship in multiple boxes.
Please NOTE: Boudin will ONLY be shipped by overnight express -- choices of shipping are FedEx, UPS, and Greyhound -- and sometime by Priority Mail, if shipping a small quantity. We will research the cheapest method and advise you by telephone. There is a 10 pack minimum for most boudin orders. The special shipping box is $10-$20 (depending on the size of the order). Dry ice is $1.20/pound. For USPS Express Mail, FedEx, and UPS overnight, we use 5 pounds of dry ice because that is the maximum allowed by US Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. The more boudin you order, the more gell packs we use. PLEASE do not specify UPS Ground for boudin -- we will not use it: It is too slow for your personal health safety for the product.
