Specifications:
You have a choice of stuffing: Cornbread, pork dressing, or crawfish dressing; please specify in the Special Instructions section. You should order ten days before the planned cook day to give us time to place the special order with Rabideaux's. These birds are prepared to order. They are not cooked prior to shipment. Because the bird is stuffed, do not plan on frying it. Instead, bake it in an oven the traditional way. There is a $15 handling fee to cover the cost of the ice chest and the dry ice used for shipping to you. We normally ship USPS Priority Mail. We will ship by another method if you request it
